You arrive, say "Good morning," they stay silent, and you have to wait for the cashier to finish chatting before she takes your order, and obviously, she's very rude. They need to teach their employees that personal problems should be left at home and that customer service is a thousand times better than what they sell. By the way, I went twice, and it was the same thing…
The bread was awful, nothing like the pictures. I invited a foreigner to try the bread here, and it was a disgrace. It looked like they made it with their feet instead of their hands. I called, and they couldn't even answer me. I'll never buy from here again; what an abomination!
Terrible customer service. After waiting for over 20 minutes and no one taking my order, I had to leave. They all acted like they were doing me a favor, not providing any service. I was disappointed I didn't get to try the food.
Fresh ingredients and what we received was as expected; except for the bread with the gouda melt, which was soggy. There was no orange or mango juice. We ordered a leg of pork club sandwich, gouda melt, passion fruit salad, and fresh melon juice; the bill came to $905 DOP.
Barra Payán La Romana is ideal for enjoying a good Dominican sandwich. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is fast. Perfect for breakfast or a tasty meal any time of day. Highly recommended!
