I'm a loyal Barra Payán customer, and the service has always been excellent at every branch I've been to. However, at this particular location, I've experienced a significant lack of customer service. I ordered a special tostada that comes with a juice and costs 200 pesos. When I saw the bill, they charged me for a special Payán and then tried to charge me for the juice after I'd already paid. And mind you, it was supposed to be a special tostada, not a special Payán! This is the third time this has happened to me at this branch. Every time I come here, something goes wrong with the order. The cashiers aren't well-trained and have a lack of attention to detail. Very bad service, but excellent food as usual.
I ordered a two-cheese sandwich and a ham and cheese sandwich. The two-cheese sandwich tasted like nothing. They asked if I wanted a salad, and I said yes, but they only had lettuce, so that's what they put on it. The ham and cheese sandwich also tasted like nothing; the ham was bland too. Low-quality products.
Generally good experience at this place, good service at night, the girls during the day are a bit rough.
It's a rip-off when you go to buy something and the offer isn't there, the sandwich is very bad and the customer service is very bad.
The best in the area, without a doubt. It was about time they showed how customers should be treated in a cafe like this, because the other cafes around didn't value their businesses. Now they have to!
