I went to Barra Payán at Multiplaza La Sinera Higüey, and honestly, the employees weren't up to par with customer service. They were arguing amongst themselves, and one of them had a dirty uniform—seriously? A dirty uniform in a food establishment? She looked more like she worked in the dishwasher. At least the sandwiches and juice tasted good.

The best fast food in the Dominican Republic, excellent and cheap. The fries are excellent, clean and fried, unlike the typical bland, industrial fries from McDonald's.

The delivery service was super fast, it arrived before the estimated time. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I loved it overall.

I was scammed. An employee at the delivery service insulted me after I transferred the money for my order. She didn't send it, and I didn't get a refund. It's worth noting that she has a foreign accent and is extremely rude. They need to improve that.
