Reached out multiple times to have a load picked up and dropped off as we were denied boarding our flight home and had no clean clothes for our children. Only answered me one morning and then never again.

We were in the DR at the end of August, in a resort where the laundry service was going to be extremely expensive. I reached out to Bavaro Laundry and we were able to arrange for them to come to the Resort (Excellence El Carmen), pick up a suitcase with laundry and wash/fold them for us. (I messaged them on Whatsapp in Spanish, so I am not sure how good their English is, I assume its fine given the other reviews). The service/communication was great. No complaints, great service, and much cheaper than paying for resort laundry.

The returned garments were impeccably clean, fresh, and neatly folded, reflecting the utmost care and attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. Without a doubt, I shall continue to avail myself of their services and enthusiastically recommend them to others who seek exceptional laundry care.

At my Hotel they would charge me a fortune for laundry so i googled them and drive the most impressive things is im allergic to fragrance laundry soap and they have a hypoallergenic option for me. It cost about $40. Plus tips for a luggage full of dirty clothes they fold my clothes nicely done

Absolutely fabulous service! Rapid response to messages, they came to collect the clothes to the hotel we were staying at and returned them a few hours later folded in groups and in perfect condition. Their fees are incredibly reasonable as we paid around $30 for the delivery service and two loads of washing and drying, by far beating hotels prices!
