They are incredibly attentive, respond quickly to WhatsApp messages, are very friendly, and their customer service is 10/10. I have absolutely no complaints about them.

I'm not giving less because it's impossible; this is the worst courier in the country. Packages arrive after a week or two, only then do they appear on the website, and then another week for them to actually arrive. I'm not saying this about just one item, but I made the mistake of ordering several, and it was the same with every single one. Before that, I recommended them, and it was the same thing. Good heavens, how awful! Don't order from here.
