Great store with a good variety of products, but too expensive.

A classic place to buy clothes and baby items, ruined by the poor service from the staff. Especially in the gift-wrapping area (which is always crowded due to the nature of the business). The customer service is awful when you need something wrapped. I'm currently at the main branch on 27 de Febrero Avenue. Just for asking which line to take, I received a rude response, basically a slap on the wrist. My cool head and I remained calm; the last four times I've been here, I've received the same or worse treatment.

This store has everything you need for your baby, but there isn't much variety in baby boy clothes, and almost everything is only available up to 9 months. Now, my biggest problem is that when I was in the store, I asked a young woman for help, and she answered me rudely. Several employees walked right past me, and no one asked if I needed anything or if they could help me! (I needed help!!!) Their prices are quite high, and I wouldn't recommend this store at all! I bought online and saved myself the trouble.

A wide variety of baby products, from newborn to older babies. You can find everything from diapers and car seats to toys. They have early development toys for different stages, and their car seats and strollers are very high quality. Their service is phenomenal, and their attention to detail is excellent. They are very friendly and organized. If you're planning a baby shower, their service is outstanding. They have a digital registry that they print out for you on a special machine (with all the details), and the staff is always willing to help people with the registry.
