Was charged extra premium deep tissue massage with aromatherapy did not receive it. They charged me a double terrible service do not come here. Beware terrible scammers

Love this place. Never fails. Got my usual trim and the service with everyone is amazing. From the moment you walk in everyone treats you well. The coffee is an extra bonus I loved.

Love, love, love Beia!!!! I became a client this year during my most recent trip to my home city and country... I went there to do my nails and while doing them, fell in love with how Yamel (hair stylist) was doing some ladies’ hair so asked to be styled by her and became her loyal customer since my first visit. She is super friendly, professional, funny and loved how she was able to know who I was after that ONE visit even when I had my mask on, and was able to recognize who I was vs who my twin was even with our masks on, after ONE visit!!!! I came to see her sometimes twice a week, after going to the beach and she helped a lot with not getting my hair damaged although I was wetting it at the beach or pool every 3-4 days. Yamel is an incredible hair stylist, she provided feedback and suggested a few products for me to bring and keep my hair healthy when I came back to NY. Love the way they treat customers and how professional everyone is at Beia. My boyfriend also became their “Beio” client when I brought him to get a haircut with Melina (curls specialist) and she styled his curly hair. He also got a few products that they recommended for his hair and he’s loving how healthy his hair is after his haircut and using the product they recommended for him. I’ll post some nail designs: the green nails were done by Mariela, she is a manicurist, pedicurist who supposedly didn’t know how to make nail designs but was EXTREMELY attentive, she tried her best and I LOVED the outcome, specially knowing she had no idea how to do nail designs buy still tried her best and did the most awesome abstract design ever. Everybody gave me compliments when she did my nails!!! My mani and pedi always lasted 15+ days when I came to do them at Beia, I was in the country for a month and a half and only had to do my nails twice.

I have never done a review before but I have to because my hair is so bad. I went to this salon at the beginning of January because I was visiting the country and I was told this was a really good salon. I requested for a wash and set and to trim my ends. When I came back from dr, I went to my regular salon because it was already time for me to get it wash. The salon lady took pictures of my hair from the back and it was horrible. My hair is uneven and it looks extremely ugly. I either have to cut my hair now or let it grow to then cut it again. I am so upset because I left a really good tip thinking they did an amazing job. The reason why I didn’t notice when I was in the dr and at the hair salon it’s because she had done curls to my hair and they looked beautiful. My hair was already in layers but what the lady did to me looks nothing like layers and it looks horrible even when I put it in a ponytail. The service is good but don’t cut your hair here .

You can do better! Find another salon. I booked an evaluation and appointment for hair color. That process went ok, even though I had to pay a 2,000 non-refundable deposit for the appointment. I asked repeatedly if they could give me a range for the price of color. They could not. I arrived for my evaluation and the first thing they do is wash my hair. In all my years of getting my hair colored and highlighted, this was alarming. You never wash your hair before adding color. Anyway, the price was outrageous! Twice as much as I have ever paid for a full highlight even in the states. I declined the service. I was allowed to use my 2,000 deposit on other services. My friend and I choose to have a pedicure and manicure. Again, no prices are listed! What kind of business is this? I asked how much for a basic pedi and mani. I was told 500 pesos for a pedicure and 400 pesos for a manicure. OK. We had those services done. BADLY, might I had. We did not get to sit in a typical massage chair and relax...instead we were placed in basically a hallway on a bench, and the ladies came with their buckets with their supplies. I could have gotten a better pedicure in my barrio. Pictures are attached, the first one is immediately after the manicure. The next one is the next day and it was already chipping. My friends nail paint basically peeled all the way the same day. THE WORST PART was when it came time to check out. They wanted more money. They said that the pedicure and manicure went higher due to the work that was involved. I'm sorry, that's not going to fly. You are a service-based business, that needs to have set prices. When I ask for a price, I expect that service for the price. Don't give me any of this "desde..." mess. That is an unprofessional business practice and causes your customers to distrust you. Once you say a price, I expect you to give me a service that is based on that. On top of that, about 5 ladies had to come out and argue this point. Seriously!!!? I mean we are talking about a couple of bucks, and instead of making your customer happy, you want to bring out the whole staff and argue? Ok, fine. You earned yourself an AWFUL review that I hope costs your business at least hundreds of dollars in lost customers. You need a business lesson and customer service class in the worst way! Owners, please take note and train your staff better. This place is a facade. Quality service, attention, and basic kindness are not provided. For the prices they expect you to pay...YOU. CAN. DO. BETTER. Stay away from Beia Beauty Centers.
