Amazing experience at this location .. 3 of us had an event in SDQ got hair n makeup done and we left all dolled up.. shout out to Jimmy for being so patient with such a picky me!!! Makeup girl was amazing kept it simple just like I wanted😎

Stayed across the street and saw this gem. Such a nice place. Everyone is so friendly. My hair came out great. I got a wash, blow out, haircut and flat iron. Highly recommend. Daris Nunez was my hair stylist. She was amazing. So sweet and did a great job. Took her time and was very professional. I wish I could take her with me to Florida lol.

My wife made an appointment for Sunday at 7:00AM. The person she was supposed to be served by never arrived on time. More than 40 minutes later, she has to approach a lady at the counter to check if there was a problem. The lady just told her that unfortunately the person hadn’t arrive but that when she arrives, she would start servicing the clients she had scheduled whenever she gets there.. Meaning that everyone who had an appointment with her previously to her arriving was just left out not caring whether she was late. This was the first time my wife was trying to be serviced at this salon and it was by recommendation, but unfortunately, employees don’t really care about schedules and compromise.

Expensive but that was expected of a luxury salon in this area. The part I didn’t like is my hair was not done properly. I wanted waves. They didn’t blow dry my hair well, then did waves almost with no hold. My hair got very frizzy right away and the waves were gone in less than 2 hours. If you don’t know how to do something just say no instead of doing a half done job specially for the price. My hair look terrible for my dinner that night. I can achieve this on my own at home very well so it is definitely possible and I would have done it but I couldn’t bring my hair tools on this trip.

We went here for the 1st time and I have to say that I was impressed with the way they did my wife's hair . 5 stars all the way
