I’m not from the Dominican Republic, so when I was searching for a salon, this one kept being recommended by people in my husband’s family. Based on the recommendations, I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing very kind and professional. However, the nail polish quality was not good. Within two days, the polish became dented and started looking messy. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my manicure experience. The nail technician cut my cuticles very badly. One of my fingers bled throughout the entire appointment, and the next day one of my nails fell off due to the excessive bleeding and damage. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and this has never happened to me before. I returned the next day to have it fixed, but they assigned me to the same nail technician. She redid the nail, but the design did not even match the rest of my nails. At that point, I chose not to complain because I already knew I would never return to this salon. I also feel that the pricing does not match the quality of the work being done, especially compared to typical Dominican Republic salon pricing. One more thing that stood out to me was a customer service interaction. One of the women asked another employee to bring me coffee, and he responded rudely saying he was busy. It was not directed at me personally, but I still felt it reflected poor customer service. He could have responded more kindly and professionally. The reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the woman who did my toes was excellent, and the hostess at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

It’s a very good place, and I highly recommend it. Especially David, who was excellent at all times.
