I guess I had no luck. I bought a bedroom set, waited several days to receive it, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong set, and to top it off, it had factory defects (it seems they don't check before shipping). Then I had to wait several more days for them to make an exchange; they stopped responding, and I had to contact about five different people before my husband had to go to the store in person. When they came back, they even broke the edges of the walls where I was entering my room with the headboard. The workmanship is terrible for the price of the items. The LED light strip integrated into the headboard is completely visible because they didn't attach it properly. In short, a disaster.

For a company to do well, the first thing is to have good employees, and honestly, this girl is very unpleasant and, to top it off, she can't even explain what she's selling.
