I cannot speak more highly of Best Friends Vet Clinic! Jenn helped me so immensely in getting my puppy to the U.S. I've never met a more passionate vet in my life; she goes above and beyond as does everyone who works at this clinic. My dog and I are forever grateful to them

I have used their pet hotel, grooming and vet services. The first time I left my pups there I was so anxious but they kept me posted and sent pictures. When I came to get them they were happy to see me but also obviously happy to play with their friends (human and canine) there. Now I don’t worry leaving them. They did spay surgery on my collie mix that went super well and she healed up beautifully. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their groomer also does a great job. I get my collie mix her short cut every so often and she always looks great and doesn’t even seem to mind the bath. I highly recommend Best Friends for your fur babies!

The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The head Bet is the best person and will treat your pet as your own. The CDC with their ban failed to respond to my application to permit my dog to travel with us, but Jen was able to come to the rescue and house our dog with hours notice. Knowing our dog is in her care makes the burden of separation lighter.

Dr. Rienecker and her staff are wonderful! Our dog was adopted off the streets in China and she is a bit nervous and shy at first. They are so kind and patient with her. Every time we pick her up after an appointment or a kennel stay, she is happy and playing around with the other dogs. Dr. Rienecker is also fantastic with handling the sometimes complicated paperwork process for traveling with pets internationally. I can’t recommend Best Friends enough!!!

Love going here. Lyla was excited but not nervous or panting when I came to pick her up. We use their vet service grooming and day care. They are very affordable as well.
