If you have products with this bank, you should always be on the lookout for unexpected charges, from renewals of cards that don't exist, account statements supposedly requested via branch, charges for managing payroll accounts that are exempt...they bet that the customer won't notice or won't fight to claim those amounts...but that's how they get money that doesn't belong to them.
