Excellent service from Gloribel Colon, very attentive and everything fast, unlike at Aro Pedal where they offered merchandise that didn't exist in the store and it was total chaos. I recommend this store 100% and they have easy payment options.

Very mediocre service. Initially, when I expressed interest in buying the bicycle, the service was diligent and correct. However, the experience changed after the purchase was finalized: the delivery was delayed by a week, and the bicycle arrived poorly assembled. After-sales service was minimal, giving the impression that their main interest was closing the sale. Although the manager was very attentive and professional, it's clear that both the staff and the workshop need improvement, especially in after-sales service.

Very kind and helpful. We arrived looking for help with one of our bicycles and were warmly welcomed. We are extremely grateful to Don César, the technician, who, despite his recent surgery, was ready and willing to help us selflessly. What a great place to visit! Congratulations!
