I booked the Wellness package through the website, which clearly stated that it included lunch, massage, access to the pool, salon, and other amenities. However, the only question on the booking form was what type of massage I wanted, so I selected a couples relaxation massage. In the end, I paid $166 USD basically just for the massage. I was told I had to pay separately for the food, and according to the receptionist, access to the pool was being given to us “as a courtesy.” We also did not have access to the salon because it was supposedly “not included in the package.” This was extremely disappointing and misleading. I strongly recommend better and clearer information, and fewer “that’s not possible” responses, because I specifically chose the Wellness package, and the form only asked which massage I wanted, not what services I wanted excluded. I honestly felt scammed. No 30-minute massage is worth $83 USD per person (which is more than 5,000 Dominican pesos). Since we were a couple, the total was $166 USD, and on top of that, I had to pay for the food separately—even though it clearly said it was included. I went there expecting to have a good experience, but it turned out to be the worst experience. It was my partner’s birthday, and I wanted to surprise them with something special, but instead I left feeling disappointed and embarrassed.

Excellent service and accommodation. Close to historic venues.

The rooms are surprisingly very modern. Very spacious bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. The room is equipped with B&O speakers and wireless phone charger. The amenities are from loccitane, love them. Service is very good, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Would definitely recommend it.

The Billini Hotel is beautiful, is in a great part of the city and the rooms and common areas are amazing. But what stands out for me is the service. Everyone is helpful and incredibly polite. There are public works projects happening in the area, but you can’t tell from inside the hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating. For me Victor went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and comfortable. As a Dominican who lives outside the country it makes me really proud to know that the Billini Hotel offers this level of service and experience. Muchas gracias Victor!

An amazingly wonderful experience in Zona Central, this boutique hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are incredibly accommodating and charming. The rooftop pool/bar are a nice escape. The rooms are modern & well appointed. You'll have a wonderful stay at Billini, guaranteed.
