Nice and fast service. Price is very good compared to other rental services, much cheaper and made discount. They were able to deliver rental car to our hotel in 20 minutes after our call (thanks also to Jordany from Ocean Blue & Sand who helped a lot and arranged rental meeting for us). They also suggested us to change car without additional payment to higher level for our convenience, and delivered new car immediately. Big thanks to manager Karalay. Very responsive, positive and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use their service again in Punta Cana and recommend the other travelers!

Do not rent a car from this agency. I rent a car on may 2023 and added more money to get a bigger car which turn to be a fully scratch car low quality with air condition problem and most important now head lights working. Which means that the car can't be used aftet 18:00. Though we have updated the agent we got no response before the following morning. Disappointed service and low quality car.

I do not recommend renting from this company. They gave us a car in very poor condition, and it broke down 100 km from Punta Cana. We called the numbers on the contract for assistance, but no one answered. They charged us $120 to get us back to Punta Cana, and the agency refused to refund the taxi fare, not even 50%. The vehicle literally broke down in the middle of a busy avenue, which was extremely dangerous for everyone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience. Károlay never explained vital details of the car, like the headlight adjustment. The wipers were very worn. Imagine that scene on the highway, with rain, headlights that shone like a candle, and a tank of gas in the trunk. Furthermore, this woman got into a personal conversation with my parents (who are elderly) when they complained about these issues. Don't be fooled, even though they claim to be part of the Grand Bávaro Princess hotel. When we reported the damage and the service, they told us they weren't part of the hotel and that they'd already had similar complaints from other guests. Without fear of exaggeration, the price isn't worth your life; look at other options.
