The salon was open until late, which was very convenient, and we were able to contact them easily and make an appointment via WhatsApp. The salon itself looks nice and well-maintained. When we arrived, we still had to wait for some time, but no one informed us how long the wait would be. Eventually, my pedicure was done, and it did take quite a long time, which could be a positive for some people. The pedicure was so painful, and there was no communication during the treatment. The staff member wore headphones throughout and did not interact with me at all. Before starting, she was eating in the salon, which felt unprofessional. I also wanted an orange nail color, but it was not available. Overall, the availability and appearance of the salon are positives, but the lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and painful treatment made the experience disappointing.
