I cannot express how grateful I am for my experience at this spa in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. My hair was extremely damaged after using boxed dye at home twice in just two months — it completely fried my hair, and I walked in feeling embarrassed and discouraged. But Francia transformed everything. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The care, patience, and attention she gave me were unbelievable. You could instantly tell she’s the coloring expert — all the other women in the spa were watching her work and asking her questions while she did my hair. It felt like I was in the hands of the master herself. The spa was spotless, they use the Redken hair line, and they offered me coffee and iced tea several times, which made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. And the pricing… honestly amazing. Coming from NYC, where they charge inhumane amounts for blonde hair, I was shocked in the best possible way. I left feeling beautiful, cared for, and so relieved. I will absolutely be back when I return to the city — which will be very, very soon. Everyone there was incredible in my interactions with them, but Francia is truly a gem. Thank you, Francia!!

Books a pedicure and confirmed the time and price. However, in traditional Dominican for the price doubles when I pay. Can’t explain how much this happened. Pay cash before.

The place has great service. I went for a wash and a manicure, and I had a very traumatic experience. The manicurist seemed desperate, was very rough, and cut me with the file. I'm empathetic and understand, but if you're going to provide a service, try to be patient. I definitely won't be back.
