They add extra weight to your package so they can charge you more. I ordered a book that weighted 1.87. They took the weight up to 3.67. I told them not to send the book from Miami because I needed to return it. I asked them to put it on hold while I get the return label but they refused and said they have to send it. So now I have to pay when it arrives here in DR and then pay to send it back. Does that make sense?! Bunch of THIEVES!!!!!!
