I've been a costumer at this branch for over ten years - in all that time I can't say they've lost any of my packages nor can I complain about the pricing, they're competitive with any of the other (many) couriers in the market. I did take one star off as their service in the past 3 years or so has slowed considerably. Used to be you'd get your packages in 1 or 2 days tops from the time your merch got to their warehouse in Miami but that is now the exception not the rule. Expect a 3/4 business days wait in the best of cases, with 5/6 no longer unusual. I stay with them because they are reliable, and as mentioned, won't lose any of your merchandise - the fact that they are 3 blocks away from home also helps. In short, speed so-so, reliability & pricing 5/5.

If you want the truth about this courier in general especially in this location read the 1 star up to the 3... When everything go smoothly any courier is good or great but how they handle themselves when things go wrong is when it counts, and these guys are the worst. The word customer service is none existent in these location, plus the made up a bunch of fake charges and taxes in order to steel your money. Sincerely I wouldn't recommend this place to no one...

Perfect Office environment with fast and reliable service. Short waiting time when crowd and comfortable waiting area. Coffee machine if you want to try.

I'm a member of bmcargo since 2007, and the best experience have been since i moved to this Location in Los prados, great and fast service, don't have to take long waiting lines. Don't have Drive thru, but is faster anyway.

I have been a customer for this company for over 10 years, and I have no complaints, and I have been going to this particular location since they opened. Just an awesome courrier service provider.
