They aren’t shipping to the US anymore.

The store has a modern look and the service is relatively good. 90% percent of my purchases arrive within 2-4 days. The wait time for the store is not too bad as long as you are not in a rush and the place isn't crowded; the drive thru is a different story, there is room for improvement efficiency wise. All that for a reasonable price. I understand the underground parking is shared with the rest of the building and can be crowded on top of being rather tight andpoorly illuminated.

Best cargo service by far, there’re cheaper options but not even close to the service this guys provides. Also u can return the package for free if not satisfy with it.. recommended. 💪

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER !!!!! Horrible customer service, lack of communication and knowledge of costumes taxes and regulations !!!! The packages are always delayed. You can never speak to a supervisor wether you call the office direct or contact the call center. I have an issue with one of my packages since July 2020 and since than, I haven't been able to receive it. I have been charged with multiple taxes and late fees by costumes due to the errors they've committed and they haven't reimburst me for any of it!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES....

Expensive. All Amazon products take at least 1 extra week by default. No customer service. DO NOT Use. So many better couriers in the city.
