Excellent customer service!

No parking space and very busy roads. No delivery or pay online options. Staff is nice and the place is clean.

I was terribly disappointed. I never thought I could receive such poor and incomplete service. Everything arrived damaged, items were missing, and they wouldn't even take responsibility. Extremely irresponsible. Before ordering anything, look for other options and check the reviews: most are negative. It's been since December, and they still haven't completed my order and aren't answering my calls.

I think they should improve, as I've received some damaged packages. I live near the Haina branch, and several times I've seen them throw the sacks with all the packages onto the ground from the truck and then drag them inside the branch. Another issue is that the packages are received at the branch and sometimes take up to three days to become available for delivery; I know this because it's happened to me several times.

Terrible experience. It says it opens at 9, but the times I've gone at that time they open quite late. In addition to that, the customer service is awful.
