My wife came here before her flight back to Europe and had a great massage. The lady at reception spoke English, the rest of the staff spoke Spanish.

The service and attention from the reception staff is excellent, and I give it 10 stars. But the massage therapist seemed to want her two years' worth of benefits for her poor service. The first thing I asked her was where to put my arms, and she replied, "It seems you've never had a massage before." Okay. We continued, and she, with her nose like it had the flu, was practically on top of me. Then, to finish, I asked her for some oil to put on my arm, and she replied, "Are you going to call security to have me removed from the spa? I told her she deserves respect. Tell her if she wants to call and have me removed!" 😳😳 I don't know what she imagined, where I was supposed to put the oil 🤦🏼‍♂️, but I never hinted at anything or said a word to her to warrant such a bad attitude. Excellent service and treatment from the therapist, Ms. Janna. Magic hands. Please accept cards as a payment method and provide a menu with services and rates, and please provide an invoice at the end of the service...this leaves much to be desired.

Excellent service... The young women at the establishment do their best in their duties. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't visited yet.
