This is a very good place. Yes, it is not a fashionable hotel, but it is a good place. Everything is very clean, clean bed linen and towels, everything is in order and works. There is hot water. The air conditioner works. There are films and TV series in English. Thank you for the service.

This place is advisable for students who wushbto renew their visas since it is close to the embassy and Sambil.. It's adequately clean and nice. I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. They don't respond to messages promptly. I made a reservation and had to postpone it to another date; however, when I wrote to inform them of the new date, they told me it was no longer possible to make the change and didn't offer a refund. A very bad experience.

A terrible experience at this hostel, mainly due to the customer service. Every time I made a complaint, the response was the same excuse: "That's from the previous management," without offering any real solution. There's a complete lack of responsibility and concern for the customer. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
