The service could be better; you can find what you're looking for, but the organization needs improvement. I go there because of a lack of options on the market. I bought bottles and I'm giving them two stars for the price.

I love it; I find all the staff always very attentive and helpful.

I went in just to check things out and was pleasantly surprised to see they had ready-made macaron shells. Right next to them are the fillings so you can assemble them yourself. More useful for baking, so you don't have to worry about decorating. They accept cards, and there's a good amount of staff. Organized and clean. Fair prices overall.
