They're the best! Excellent service, the staff are super friendly, and they're incredibly fast. I've had packages arrive the very next day after I picked them up in Miami—I love them! The door-to-door service is fantastic for me because I can't always stop by the branch. 👍

They're quite slow; they're supposed to open at 9, but you arrive at that time and they're still closed. They need to update their opening hours and improve their customer service.

The handling is quite pleasant, if it weren't for the fact that it's on the second floor and you have to walk down a long corridor.
