I'm not looking to hold the carrier or final delivery point directly responsible, but I do want to share my experience so other users are aware. In my case, no one took responsibility for the loss of the package, which was quite frustrating. I recommend that new users, if they are shipping or making high-value purchases (for example, $40,000 pesos or more), take extra precautions before using services like USPS or Box Paq. Make sure to purchase insurance, confirm addresses, and maintain constant communication with the seller or company. There are times when, unfortunately, packages simply don't arrive, and there is no entity responsible for it.
