This is a grounded review after a month of being with them in different spaces. For those of you who value your time, and your businesses, and need things scheduled at certain times. Go somewhere else. I've had two appointments already canceled the day of. One without a message the second one 15 minutes before the class. The management was very defensive about it, which is a good sign that they aren't ready for your business. For cross-training, go ahead its a lovely class that happens regularly. For personal sessions, go else where 🙏🏽

Just joined last week, personal Boxing training is great. Great cardio and great technique. I would recommend anyone that's looking for An expert trainer and motivation. A change in lifestyle.
