I've learned the hard way that "you get what you pay for." This courier was recommended to me for its good prices and fast shipping. Both points are true; however, I've already had two negative experiences in less than two months with two packages that they claim were delivered to their facilities but never arrived. This never happened to me with BM Cargo, despite their high prices. I've already lost a lot of money because when I file a claim, they always rule in favor of the seller, saying the package was delivered.

Don't use this courier service! They're thieves! Your packages disappear like magic if you wait two weeks to pick them up! Terrible service.

They damaged it; it's a shame that the packages are being lost, even the smallest things. And the worst part is, they're not taking responsibility.
