Their customer service is terrible; they're rude, deliveries take forever, they never answer calls, and they take hours to reply to messages. You have to wait a long time for your order to arrive, and you also have to wait for a large quantity to arrive.

The packages always get lost. After the merchandise you ordered supposedly arrives, if you don't track it, it literally takes more than a month to be delivered. I would never order from this courier again.

Packages arrive late or never arrive at all. Employees never know how to provide the correct information, they don't handle packages efficiently, and the platform is always outdated. The worst courier in the world!
