They were doing fine until they failed to deliver my order. They have no information about anything. Amazon says it was already delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened. The first time, I ordered two items, but one wasn't delivered, and I let it go because it was inexpensive. If they would give me an answer, I wouldn't be here writing this message.
