I've never had any problems with them; whenever I write with a question, they always reply.

I'm giving it 2 stars because when you call the phone number listed on both the app and Google Maps, no one answers. They don't update their holiday hours, and they don't notify customers whether they'll be working on holidays. Lately, they've been taking longer than a typical courier to deliver packages once they're received in Miami. I have a package that was received on January 16th, and today, the 21st, it still hasn't been delivered. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

Customer service inside the store is of good quality.

It's my favorite email address and I love it. The staff are very friendly, the only issue is that the packages arrive early and by 4 pm they still haven't been made available, which is useless.

I've been using this courier service for about four years. I recommend it; it's great service. Packages arrive quickly and are delivered at no extra cost.
