the room was amazing. fully furnished for long or short term rental. pool and workout room on the roof with a great view of the city. indoor parking with my own remote
had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. While I did notice a few small scratches and patches here and there, they were minor details that didn’t affect the overall comfort of my stay. Also the room above us could be heard quite clearly whenever chairs were moved, which was a bit distracting at times. Other than that, everything was great. The atmosphere, amenities, and service more than made up for it. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
This hotel has so much potential, but I had to give a rating of 3 because it needs improvement. At check-in, the front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and aesthetically pleasing and so are the apartments. It made for a beautiful space, but the lack of amenities made my stay less desirable. The hotel has a cigar lounge downstairs, and a pool and another bar on the rooftop with 360 views. It would have been helpful if the rooftop bar was open, which I was told it would be. However, my entire 6 day stay the rooftop bar never opened and the cigar lounge was probably only open 3 of the 6 days. I was so disappointed because I was looking to celebrate my birthday on the rooftop, but unfortunately it was not open.
We had a great time, the staff were nice and attentive, The room had a few scratches and patches here and there but it was a beautiful room, great air conditioning and over all it was awesome.
If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I’m 20 years old, traveling here with my partner for the first time, if you want to feel safe, stay far away! I was verbally assaulted by a delivery driver simply because he didn’t have sufficient change. The security guard was right in front of me—I asked him for help twice, but he completely ignored me, glued to his phone. I then went to the receptionist, hoping for assistance, but she dismissed the situation, saying it wasn’t their problem since it was “something personal.” The delivery proceeded to insult me with Spanish slurs please note all of this happened in the hotel lobby. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if I’m paying over $400 to stay here, isn’t security and my safety included?
