I went to look for a dress to wear to a Quinceañera party, along with the mom, grandma and aunt. We all found beautiful dresses. They have an abundance of beautiful dresses, and a very organized system. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They can tailor the dress to most needs, and the dresses I tried on were in a very good state. I definitely recommend this place for rentals!

All was great until I had to pick up the dress. Nothing seems urgent to them the dress was supposed to be ready 1 hour prior but they started preparing it when I came to pick it up.

The service is amazing!!!! They were so honest and kind. I truly did feel they had my best interest in mind. Such a beautiful store too; I loved it!!

Great variety and options. The staff is very helpful. You can rent or have a dress made especially for you (with enough time of course). 100% recommended.

Overall I had a great experience with Bridetobe. I went in the store with a picture I had taken off their Instagram and they were able to locate the dress immediately. I was there looking for two gowns for a save the date photoshoot and was very surprised with their variety of dress selections. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because of their punctuality. The dress was supposed to be ready by 1:00 PM and my fiancé had to wait until 1:45 or so which was unprofessional. As a business it’s important to be on time.. If you agree a dress will ready by 1:00 please have it ready on time. Other than this, I had a pleasant experience.
