I had a very negative experience with an employee named Diana Larimar. Her behavior was unprofessional, with a bad attitude and inappropriate responses to the customer. She showed no willingness to help or resolve the situation. She was unfriendly, spoke inappropriately, and showed zero empathy for the customer. She is not accommodating to customers, has foul language, and is unpleasant.

The best thing that could have happened to me was having them with my daughter for her 5th birthday. 1000 out of 10
