This residential complex is excellent, with very fine finishes. It's perfect for a family with children, as it's a gated community where everyone knows each other. It's also very close to major supermarkets, including Carrefour, and the Jacobo area is easy to navigate without traffic jams.

This is unbelievable! The apartment closets don't have clothes rods, and the so-called linen closet is just a drawer with nowhere to put clothes. When I complain, they tell me they don't provide accessories, as if a closet without them isn't really a closet! And the price they're asking is 7.5 million pesos—I almost paid! They're outrageous! They don't install gas meters and charge 4,900 pesos for maintenance and gas. The entrance doesn't even have a guardhouse, and there's much more. I'd better stop there.

They have a staff with poor service... they tell you they'll deliver on a certain date. Months and months go by, and they still haven't delivered. They need to get better organized and provide good service. That gives them a bad reputation.
