Worst Burger King. Went with kids to eat, Burger King has no French fries. This is Common in DR. NEXT DOOR JADE RESTAURANT HAD NO RICE. IF YOU HAVE A BUISNESS AND NOT PREPARED CLOSE YOUR BUISNESS.

The worst quality of presentation, service and attention received, one orders a chicken burger and what I find when I go to eat it is a beef burger and it ends up half and I return from where I am going to tell the girl that she gave me something that was not and what she attacked by saying that was not what I ordered, which is not like beef, you deduce.

This is the best Burger King in the Dominican Republic. The food tastes great, it's prepared very quickly, they made it right away and it tasted good, the presentation was good, I will always come back to this Burger King.

This would be the last Burger King I visit. A very bad experience with the service and food preparation. Employees like those on the lunch shift are damaging the establishment, starting with the manager who should be concerned when a customer cancels an order they've already paid for. I regret my visit yesterday, February 28, 2025.

This place supposedly offers birthday party services, but getting their attention is a nightmare. The person in charge only responds when they feel like it. After much persistence, I finally managed to confirm the date and theme, but then they told me they didn't have balloons in the colors I requested and that the warehouse takes up to five days to ship something so simple. They told me this just two days before the birthday! What a disastrous organization! I don't have time to coordinate with another establishment. What a waste of a BK Plaza Cuadra.
