They never have anything you ask for at this BK. It's pointless to even still be in service at this point having a BK in Agora and another BK in Galeria 360 both a block or 2 away from this one. Update: So I decided to order from this location via Pedidos Ya and decided to upload how this went. I specifically requested in writing, no pickles no mustard in "aclaraciones" yet the burger came with mustard, and also here is the quality of this stores chicken sandwiches..

It was way better than I expected, good price and this time it didn't look like a sandwich. The place looks great and clean, overall super nice improvement!

The only reason I eat at BK is when they have coupons or any other hot deals, other than that their food quality is getting worse and worse and it's just because of the franchise... they wanna be like McDonald's getting a lot of people to join and have them rent the building and that's it, they put aside the quality and quantity of food with the customers, but it's somewhat cheap.

Sadly there is barely any meat in any of their sandwiches, it's mostly bread. Went through the drive-thru last night and Ed's was the same problem that I had previously, the food was cold and the hamburgers were so dry and lacked any decent amount of ketchup or mayonnaise on it. They are fairly quick however so that's a plus side. UPDATE July 11, 2022 The french fries were cold, AGAIN, the meat on all 3 burgers and the chick sandwich was so dried out it was barely edible and they lack mayo and ketchup. Why???? I do not understand why they can't put a decent amount of condiments on any of the sandwiches and why the meat has to be left in the cooker all day so that it's so dried out. There's no reason for it. UPDATE September 15, 2022 Went to the location near Galeria 360 right off JFK for the 3rd time in 6 weeks and all of the food was cold again. It's as if it had been sitting there for hours simply under a poorly working heat lamp. I expect that when I order food and pay 1900 pesos that all of the food should be warm and the fries should at least recently cooked. We will not be eating here again. UPDATED 6/3/23 My husband, daughter, and I visited there 2 days ago and it was a disaster. Not only was the staff confused and messing up people's orders but they were incredibly slow. They had a ton of people in the restaurant waiting for their food and some people got the wrong food or the sandwiches were made incorrectly. Not to mention there were bugs floating in my daughter's 7Up soda, the french fries had the most disgusting flavor which tells me they have not cleaned the fryer or changed the oil anytime recently, the tomatoes were hard and sliced too thick, and the chicken sandwich could be squeezed and there was grease dripping off of it. The chicken patties were so thin, they didn't put American cheese on the American cheese chicken sandwich, and the food in general was just terrible. In addition the cashier asked if we wanted cheese and bacon on the whopper sandwich and we said no yet she went ahead and added it on each whopper sandwich that we ordered and then play stupid and then we were stuck with 8 extra charges. We will never go back to this location again. We were not the only ones who were complaining or upset about the situation at the restaurant and one guy even threw his food in the trash and walked out. Horrific. The manager of this location needs to reach out to me so that the situation can be discussed.

The customer service provided by the staff is bellow standard and is slow. This is the first fast food where i got to where you have to seat and wait for them to bring you your order because of the inefficiency of their system. Though the meal is decent if your lucky enough not to get your order mixed up, the struggle makes it often not worth it.
