It's completely nasty and dirty

Well, I didn't like it. I ordered the room for overnight stays, and the invoice said 1850, but they wrote 2850 in pen. That was on Saturday, January 20, 2024. The worst part is that when I asked the next day how much was registered on the room's computer, they told me 1850. The person who helped me that night stole from me just like that, and they asked me why I didn't complain that same night. I called the manager, and when we were talking, this guy was even more of a crook than the one who helped me that night. He just said that they didn't rent rooms for overnight stays, and that it was only for 4 hours. So I told him that if it was 4 hours, he should have charged me for 8... When you're sleepy at 2 AM, all you want to do is sleep, and we checked out at 10 AM.

Well, for me it was horrible because I paid with two 1000 bills and they charged me 1050. The morning staff robbed me. You can't go there; they rip you off in broad daylight right in front of your eyes 🤯🤯🤯 When I called reception, the biggest thief told me no, that I had paid 1200. Where did I see the two 1000 bills? No way! You can't go there; they are THIEVES. Very different from Más Cabaña. That was on January 9, 2023, in the morning.

The room service is excellent. Everything is very clean. The room has a lovely design. Everything is great. A 10 for cleanliness, room, air conditioning, and services ✅
