🚯 Poor hygiene; the furniture has cockroaches (I found 4). 🚫The service demands a tip, even though it wasn't earned. 🚫The bathroom window is broken. 🚫The toilet isn't flush with the floor and leaks. 🚫The keys and locks are damaged. 🚫The phone is broken. 🚫There's no mirror on the ceiling. 🚫The sheets are stained.

They sold us hot water and there wasn't any... it has no mirrors and was half-finished, super unhygienic, bugs, spiders, in short, I don't recommend wasting your money even if you're lucky, since it's expensive and costs the same as any other place.

The air conditioning was awful, it didn't cool at all, the bathroom drain was clogged, the toilet was stained, and they demand a tip as soon as you arrive. 0 stars
