Rudely refused service at 8:40 by a woman who seemed to be preoccupied by a phone call. The shop appeared open, they had a sign hanging saying “Open, come on in” and online they’re open until 9pm, but she claimed they closed at 8:15 and aggressively stated “I don’t care about the sign” when I simply pointed out why I was confused.

One of the best cigar lounges I've ever visited. A fairly large selection of cigars from various countries at quite reasonable prices for such an expensive location.
