Should pay more attention to the customers and always keep the tables clean. 🤗🤗
Good local coffee. Freshly brewed for a good price.
The girl gave me a strange, mocking look, sold me a larger coffee without asking if it was the one I wanted, and prepared it sweeter than usual. The service was rude; they seemed to be just going through the motions. The customer isn't to blame, and I didn't feel like staying there.
Oh my God, I have no luck at that place. They don't make the frappe properly; it just tastes like milk. I wish I could say it's the first time this has happened, but this is the third and last time. They need to properly train people on how to do things before letting someone do them haphazardly.
The service from the employees there was absolutely terrible. My sister and I went, we arrived and didn't even get a greeting. In fact, my sister said hello, but the cashier just kept talking to her coworker. I had to raise my voice and say a loud "Good afternoon" to get any attention. Aren't you, as the face of the company, supposed to welcome customers, greet them, and make them feel welcome when they arrive? Or is it the other way around? Does the customer have to greet the staff? Seriously, @cafe Santo Domingo? At this point, you're still offering such awful service? The service was truly awful and unacceptable, I'm sorry to say, but that's a start...
