I went almost two weeks ago to fix something on the bank's app; it took them about 10 minutes to resolve the issue. The only thing that took a long time was waiting in line, even though there weren't many people.

Terrible customer service. I literally waited 3 hours to be helped only to be told I had to wait for a confirmation email, and then they told me to come back on Monday 😒😒

Don't go there for services, you'll waste a lot of time due to negligence, not because there are a lot of people.
