Before I would have given them a 5 🌟 because they used to live up to their reputation now and days they just give you anything to go my best advice if you ordering a cake make sure u check on it before pick it up they ruined my son birthday cake 🎂 today highly upset with them right now on all the decor details all they use is paper cover up. Overall the taste is remains the same.

The service here SUCKS.The workers here are extremely rude and have a BAD attitude. If I walk into your place of businesses I don't expect to be ignored.There are always like 5 people standing around doing NOTHING. I ask a question and the man gets an attitude with me. I have to wait 10 minutes for them to bring me a piece of cake that's already made in the back. It's ridiculous. As stuck up as these people act, you would think that the desserts here would be amazing and they're pretty average.

Pricey cake. HORRIBLE customer service. It tasted ok, but looked as though it had been decorated by a 12 year old. The design was way off-center and the details were poorly executed. Not a professional job. I asked for and paid for fondant, they did regular icing and only added a few accents in fondant. I’ve been to this place several times. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door. There are always a bunch of people standing around doing nothing. I have dark skin. Maybe this is the reason why I’m always treated poorly, or maybe it’s just their habit. This last time, I stood at the counter waiting patiently for several minutes. I was the only customer in the store, while I literally counted at least 7 employees standing around talking, doing absolutely nothing. A light-skinned woman walked in to the store, and one of the girls who had been leaning again the wall starring right through me suddenly stood at attention and asked how she could help her. When I looked at her and shrugged my shoulders in question, she disrespectfully shook her finger at me and told me I’d have to wait. Mind you, I was there to pick up the cake I’d ordered and paid for weeks in advance. Sad thing is, I think the local people are accustomed to paying good money to buy products and services from providers who treat them like beggars. They won’t be getting another single dollar from me. They probably won’t miss my money. But if whoever runs Fifa Sudejer Cake Factory wants to see more money in their bottom line, they could stop paying some of those employees to stand around all day doing nothing and running off potential customers with their nasty attitudes and lazy work ethic.
