I had a very bad experience with this bakery. Despite having given clear instructions about how I wanted the cake, it was delivered incorrectly: it didn't have the design we agreed on. When I tried to contact them to express my dissatisfaction, I received no proper solution or real apology. Either I could accept it as is or a full refund without the cake was the solution they offered. When I asked for at least a discount, they only offered me free shipping. They didn't even make an effort to do it again. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for something special for an important occasion. There are many other options with better customer service and commitment.

The service is good, and there's a wide variety of desserts, but for those of us who don't enjoy dulce de leche, nutella, pastry cream, or chocolate, we don't have any options with jams or fruit fillings if you're craving a dessert or a last-minute share. Sorry, but not sorry. It's a personal preference, and perhaps there are many like me. Sorry, but I haven't made the most of the times I've been to the country and wanted a dessert from there.

I bought a Cherry Cheesecake and it was DELICIOUS!!! Absolutely divine! Super creamy, not too sweet, and with an amazing texture, plus it looks beautiful. 100% recommended! I ordered it through PedidosYa and the delivery was fast.

It's an excellent school, 100% recommended, top-notch training, and a melt-in-the-mouth cake.
