The project itself is under construction; it's not very far along, but it looks promising, like the Star project, and with a different design. I see a lot of potential in it...

I was there 2 weeks ago and all the projects are under construction; the Universe has up to the 5th floor built, it's almost finished

Don't be fooled, they're playing with people's money. I put down a deposit two years ago and they still haven't started construction. They were supposed to be finished by June 2023, now they say December 2024.
