Monday, June 2nd. I arrived at 10 am and it's only 2 pm now, just to change the front brake pads. They went to lunch and nobody said anything (I haven't eaten yet). It's 2 pm and they're only working on it now. And to top it off, they had a minor doing the work.

They are irresponsible. I took my vehicle in to have a sensor replaced and it took more than 3 weeks. I called and they never answered. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't even touched it.

They may be the best at repairing Jeeps, but when it comes to professionalism, they're shameless. I've had my vehicle there for almost four months, and every day there's a new problem, and they never resolve it. They lack work ethic.
