Bonjour Car Wash, unfortunately, is nothing like it used to be. The facilities are run down, and the service isn't the same. They don't have car shampoo, yet they charge as if they did. They also don't put paper towels on the floor after washing, so you walk in already tracking dirt in with your shoes. There's a bad smell coming from the trash cans right in front of the vehicles.

How this business has declined! It takes two hours just to get your car washed, including the time it takes to start the engine and wait, and that's when the place is empty when you arrive. It's a shame they let it fall into disrepair, cutting staff and equipment. Instead of moving forward, they've gone backward. The previous management was better. I won't be back. Only one employee where there used to be six.

They wash the car very badly, leaving everything dirty. Very bad service.

Put up some shade for those guys; working in the sun isn't easy. And as for the young supervisor, it's not his job to wash cars if the guys haven't arrived. He should tell the customers that the washers haven't arrived yet, that the wait will be longer, and ask them if they accept it or not. But it's not his job to wash cars himself; otherwise, his coworkers won't respect him.

2 hours and 45 minutes from arrival to departure. Unacceptable.
