We came in at 3pm after a really long boat day so we were starving! We had beef ribs a la criolla and grilled chicken, both delicious! The staff was really friendly! We weren't prepared to eat out that day so didn't carry much cash and ended up being a few pesos short but they were ok with it! (Mind that the prices don't include the 10% service fee). We really recommend going the few steps away from the beach to eat here!
What I thought would be a basic beach lunch turned into a full-on Bourdain moment: local, soulful, and way better than it had any right to be. Big shoutout to Samana Tourist Services for the true beach bar magic
Everything is good here. Euri is awesome host.
Excellent food at a very good price. They are located near La Playita and are cheaper than other restaurants in the area. The service was very good, and the young woman who served us was attentive and cheerful. Five of us ate (servings of Moro de Guangules with grilled chicken), including two medium beers, water, and a Coke. The bill came to 3,600.00 pesos. Highly recommended! The restaurant next door saw us as touristy and wanted to charge 2,000 pesos for a plate, so we left and were pleasantly surprised by the good flavor, atmosphere, and price.
We came for a family holiday and found this little restaurant at the very end of the beach. A great team and by far the best grilled fish and the best lobsters in all the galeras!
