I know Dr. Jairo only through acquaintances' referrals. Today I called him on his cell phone to ask his opinion about vaccinating young people under 15 with the Pfizer vaccine. He refused to answer me. I agree that it's not obligatory to respond to a stranger. In my opinion, a professional pediatrician has a responsibility to offer an opinion on such an important issue as the COVID-19 pandemic.
