I have been here 3 times and always been incredibly happy with the service. For once I have nothing negative to say about a business! (I only wish they offered all mechanical services, as they are the only place I would go!) Professional: - Immediately upon pulling in someone will come up and see what you need. - High quality equipment and items for sale. - You will receive a detailed printed receipt for each service item or purchase. Price is always the same. (No changing based on appearance, etc.) - Have gotten my alignments, oil change, and tire repairs. No complaints about anything. Very happy with quality of work. Fast: - To get my car aligned took 20 minutes from the point I pulled in to leaving again. - Never have had to wait long for any service! Customer Service - Friendly and knowledgeable employees. - Have Air Conditioned waiting room with wi-fi, coffee, and cold water. - As a woman, I am not always comfortable in Mechanic shops. But I have never felt uncomfortable here and have always been treated with friendliness and respect! - Every single time I have been there they have pointed out something about my car that I hadn’t noticed. It has all been in areas they don’t service, but they have let me know if they notice something broken or that I should get checked out. I 100% appreciate their proactiveness, especially as it does not benefit them, but is just to help me.
